ShufflePrints is run by Big Sur Labs, LLC, based in California ("we", "us"). It lets you design custom playing cards and trading cards, and have them printed and shipped to you. By using ShufflePrints you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 to place an order. If you are between 13 and 18 you may use ShufflePrints with a parent or guardian's consent and their payment method.
Your account
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login details secure. Tell us at once if you think someone else is using it.
Your designs
You own your designs. We claim no ownership of the cards you create, the artwork generated for you, the images you upload, or the text you write.
We don't use your designs to train AI models, and neither does our AI provider. We don't show your designs to other customers.
You give us permission to store your work, show it back to you, and send it to our manufacturing partners so your order can be made.
Ownership of AI-generated material is legally unsettled. We make no claim over it, and can't promise it a particular legal status.
What we can print
Only print what you have the right to print. Don't upload, ask the assistant to create, or order cards containing material you don't own the rights to, including characters, logos, photographs, artwork or text that belong to someone else. If you upload photos of people, you must have their permission, or a parent's or guardian's permission for a child.
We also won't print:
- Sexual content involving minors, or any other illegal content
- Hate speech, or material promoting violence against people or groups
- Content designed to harass or impersonate a real person
- Counterfeit goods, forged documents, or anything intended to deceive
We may refuse or cancel an order that breaks these rules, and refund any payment. We may close accounts that do so repeatedly.
You are responsible for the rights in what you print. If someone brings a claim against us because of artwork you ordered, you agree to cover our reasonable costs in dealing with it.
Check your cards before you order
The assistant writes text and creates artwork, and it can make mistakes: spelling, names, facts or details. Please review every card before you order. We print your cards as you approve them.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies. You pay the price shown at checkout. Payment is handled by our payment processor; we never receive your card number.
Production and shipping
We sell and ship within the United States only.
Your cards are printed by our manufacturing partners outside the United States. Delivery times shown are estimates. If your order hasn't shipped within 30 days of payment, we'll tell you, and you can cancel it for a full refund.
Cancellations, misprints and refunds
Every order is printed to order, so we don't accept returns for a change of mind.
- Cancelling: you can cancel for a full refund until your order is in production.
- Misprints, damage or lost parcels: if your cards arrive misprinted or damaged, or your parcel is lost, contact us within 30 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date) with a photo where possible. We'll reprint the order or refund it.
Service availability
ShufflePrints is provided as is. We don't promise uninterrupted access, and we may change or discontinue features.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.
Termination
You may stop using ShufflePrints at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Orders already in production will still be delivered unless we tell you otherwise.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and disputes will be heard in California courts.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here with a new date, and continuing to use ShufflePrints means you accept it.
