Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 4, 2026

This policy explains what information ShufflePrints, run by Big Sur Labs, LLC, collects and how it is used.

What we collect

We never receive or store your payment card number. Payment is handled by our payment processor.

How we use it

To run ShufflePrints: to create and store your designs, take payment, have your cards printed, and ship them to you. To contact you about your orders. To keep the service working and secure, and to understand how it's used so we can improve it.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use your designs to train AI models.

Who we share it with

Only what each needs to do its job:

We may also share information where the law requires it, or to protect someone's safety.

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep your projects while your account is active. Deleting a project removes it from your account. To delete your account and your data, write to us. We keep order records as long as we need them for tax, accounting and legal reasons.

Your choices

To see, change or delete your information, write to us at the address below.

Cookies and tracking

We use a cookie to keep you signed in; signing in won't work without it. Our product analytics provider stores an identifier in your browser so it can tell your visits apart, and we use what it records only to understand and improve ShufflePrints. We don't use advertising cookies, and we don't let other companies track you across websites through ShufflePrints. Because we don't track you across sites, we don't change anything in response to "Do Not Track" browser signals.

Children

ShufflePrints is not intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, write to us and we will remove it.

Changes

We may update this policy. We'll post the new version here with a new date.
